Based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, we’ve spent years building a network of vendors, venues, and artists across the city and beyond (Coorg, Goa, Jaipur, Kerala, Mysore), so when a couple comes to us, we’re not starting from zero. We know who shows up on time. We know which florists can execute an idea rather than just nod at it. We know which venues look different at 7pm than they do in a brochure.
What we plan is the wedding. What we protect is your peace of mind through every week between the decision and the day itself.
We don’t use the word “package” when it comes to weddings.
Every couple we work with has a different idea of what their day should feel like. Some want an intimate ceremony in a Bangalore farmhouse. Some want three days of events at a Rajasthan palace. Some want a quiet reception in Koramangala with fifty people. None of those is more or less of a wedding. They’re just different, and they each need the same level of attention.
Our job is to understand what you actually want, not what a mood board suggests you should want, and then figure out how to make it happen on your budget with the right people in the right places. The logistics are ours to handle.
We’ve been doing this long enough to know that the best-executed weddings aren’t the most expensive ones. They’re the ones where someone took the time to understand the brief.
When we say we plan weddings, we mean the whole thing. Not just the decor or the guest list, but every moving part that connects them: the vendor calls, the timeline reviews, the backup plans nobody mentions until they’re actually needed.
We work across all the events that make up an Indian wedding, from the first informal Haldi morning to the last song at the reception. Each one is planned separately because a Sangeet evening and a wedding ceremony are two very different occasions, even when they happen two days apart.

For the peak season, October to February, reach out at least 2 to 3 months ahead. The better venues and vendors in Bangalore fill up faster than most couples expect, and booking early means you’re choosing from real options rather than whatever’s left. Outside peak season, six months is usually workable, but earlier is always better.
A wedding planner is involved throughout the process: venue selection, vendor shortlisting, contract reviews, timeline building, and running the wedding day. A day-of coordinator comes in closer to the wedding, usually the final four to six weeks, and takes over execution of a plan that’s already in place. Both serve a real purpose. Which one you need depends on how much of the earlier planning you want to handle yourself.
A significant part of our work involves traditional South Indian ceremonies: Brahmin, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu weddings where rituals, timing, and priest coordination are not optional. We understand these ceremonies from the inside, not from a template.
Yes. We’ve coordinated destination weddings across India for couples based in Bangalore, managing vendor networks at the destination alongside the Bangalore-based logistics. Coorg, Goa, Jaipur, Kerala, and Mysore are the most common. If you’re considering somewhere else, ask us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have the right contacts there.
Talk to at least three planners before deciding. Ask to see real wedding portfolios, not just styled shoots. Ask whether they have a network at the specific venues you’re considering. Ask how many weddings they’re running the same month as yours, and who specifically will be on-site on your wedding day. A planner who works well for one couple can be the wrong choice for another. Fit matters.
Ask about their cancellation policy. Ask who handles things if the person you’re booking gets sick. Ask whether they work exclusively with certain vendors and whether that affects their recommendations. Ask to see contracts before you sign anything. Ask for references you can actually call, not just names. The answers will tell you a lot about how they operate.

We recommend venues based on your guest count, budget, and what the wedding needs to feel like, not on any commission arrangement.
Yes. A lot of couples come to us after they’ve already sorted the venue and a few vendors but want help with decor, photography, or day-of coordination. We offer both standalone services and full planning, and we’ll be straightforward about which option actually fits what you need.
